MATRIX TRADING
A bond swap strategy designed to capitalize from discrepancies in the yield curve upon instituting a bond swap. Unusual yield curve differences occur when present yields on a certain bond class such as corporate and municipal do not correspond the rest of the yield curve or its historical norms.
