Various types of less common tax credits that is applicable to taxpayers in various instances. These are designed either to reward and promote certain kinds of economic activities such as purchasing hybrid automobiles or reward those who have taken suitable measures to make their homes more energy-efficient. Most of these tax credits are non-refundable.
