MOST FAVORED NATION CLAUSE
A degree of status bestowed to a nation by another, which is executed by the World Trade Organization (WTO). A country accords this clause to another country if it is interested in elevating the trade with that country. Countries with this level receive specific trade advantages such as decreased tariffs on imported goods.
This special consideration is conferred to nations that are identified as developing by WTO.
