NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF STATE BOARDS OF ACCOUNTANCY - NASBA
This nonprofit group’s main goal is to develop, improve the efficiency of the state boards of accountancy. Public accountancy is controlled at the state level, with each state keeping an independent board of accountancy that supervises the profession. NASDA helps the 55 states boards of accountancy through offering a forum for them to interact and collaborate.
