NATURAL UNEMPLOYMENT
If the economy is thought to be at full employment, it’s considered at its natural rate of unemployment. Economists argue of how natural rate might change. Some economists think that growing labor-market flexibility will decrease the natural rate, while other economists dispute the presence of a natural rate overall.
