NFA COMPLIANCE RULE 2-43B
This rule was implemented in 2009 by the United States forex industry’s self-regulatory organization, the National Futures Association or NFA, regarding forex trading by United Stated regulated companies. The rule disallows hedging by requiring multiple positions held in the same currency pair to be offset on a first-in, first-out basis.
