PAY CZAR
A nickname given to "Special Master for Compensation" Kenneth Feinberg. This term was applied to him after his appointment by the United States Treasury Department to monitor compensation awards to firms’ executives that accepted United States TARP funds during the 2008-2009 financial crisis.
