PERSONAL TRUST
A type trust that is created for a person or persons. Wealthy or middle-class beneficiaries use personal trusts to accomplish financial objectives. A personal trust is a separate legal entity that has the authority to buy, sell, hold and manage property for the benefit of their beneficiaries.
