QUALIFIED FOREIGN INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR - QFII
This program allows specific licensed international investors to partake in stock exchanges in China. QFII was created in 2002 by the People's Republic of China to lets foreign investors have access to its buy or sell shares. With the launch of the QFII program, licensed investors can buy and sell yuan-denominated "A" shares.
