REAFFIRMATION
The debtor and the creditor make an agreement called reaffirmation to repay some or all of debtor’s debt. The debtor makes a reaffirmation on a voluntary basis. The bankruptcy code orders that the attorney of the debtor should file a statement with court affirming that the debtor can repay the debt without incurring further personal financial harm.
