REGULATION B
This regulation aims to avoid discrimination against applicants for consumer credit. It outlines the rules that lenders should follow to when obtaining and processing credit information. Lenders are prohibited from discrimination on the basis of nationality, age, gender, ethnicity, marital status or the receipt of public assistance.
