SCHEDULE 14D-9
Schedule 14D-9 is a schedule under the Securities and Exchange Commission filed by an interested party that may be an issuer, or a beneficiary of securities, or a representative of either, engages in a solicitation or recommendation statement. This statement is towards the shareholders that has respect to a tender offer. The tender offer must be compatible with the 1934 Securities Exchange Act’s Section 14 (d)(4).
