SEC FORM 10
SEC Form 10 is also referred to as the General Form for Registration of Securities. This means that SEC Form 10 is a filing used to register a variety of securities for trading on US exchanges under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form 10 includes the type of security used, its worth, the issuers financial background, and any possible conflict of interest. SEC Form 10 may also be used for accelerated and small business filings.
