SEC FORM 10-C
SEC Form 10-C is an application form for companies whose securities are quoted on the NASDAQ interdealer quotation system to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The purpose of the form is to alter any outstanding shares going beyond 5%. It may also be used in changing the issuer’s name.
