SEC FORM 10-12G
SEC Form 10-12G is also referred to as the Initial Form for General Registration of Securities. This means that SEC Form 10-12G is a filing mandated when the issuance of a new shares of a company’s stock by a publicly traded corporation under the Securities and Exchange Commission is done. The data gathered under SEC Form 10-12G includes the information about the quantity of shares issued, their par value, information about owners for key shareholders and executives, and the company’s line of business broken down into specifics.
