SEC FORM 17-H
SEC Form 17-H is a report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by securities broker-dealer. The purpose of SEC Form 17-H is the disclosure of business activities associated to risk assessment which must be backed up by a copy of the latest organizational chart, copies of the entire management and any other policies, data of any legal proceedings, and the company’s financial statement.
