SEC FORM 35-CERT
SEC Form 35-CERT is also referred to as the Certificate Concerning Terms and Conditions. This means that SEC Form 35-CERT is a filing whose purpose is for the certification of compliance with the terms and conditions mandated by Rule 24 of Public Utility Holding Company Act (PUHCA) of 1935 to be submitted by public utility holding companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered in SEC Form 35-CERT include the detailed information regarding the registrant’s compliance. This was done as a measure of the SEC in the regulation of public utility holding companies. SEC Form 35-APP is a discontinued filing of the SEC.
