SEC Form 35-APP is also referred to as the Statement Concerning a Proposed Transaction. This means that SEC Form 35-APP is a filing that was mandated to be submitted by public utility holding companies who want to do dealings into a transaction without any other form of application prescribed under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
