SEC FORM 35-APP
SEC Form 35-APP is also referred to as the Statement Concerning a Proposed Transaction. This means that SEC Form 35-APP is a filing that was mandated to be submitted by public utility holding companies who want to do dealings into a transaction without any other form of application prescribed under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered in SEC Form 35-APP includes detailed information regarding the proposed transaction. This was done as a measure of the SEC in the regulation of public utility holding companies. SEC Form 35-APP is a discontinued filing of the SEC.
