SEC FORM 305B2
SEC Form 305B2 is an initial statement filed with SEC as an application for the designation of a new trustee under the Securities and Exchange commission. SEC Form 305B2 includes any pre-effective amendments. It is under the Trust Indenture Act covers trustees that are viable for a change in designation for trustees and is therefore a requirement as indicated in the act.
