SEC FORM 425
SEC Form 425 is a prospectus form to be filed by a company to disclose information about business combination transactions. A business combination is defined as a statutory merger or a statutory consolidation between two companies. SEC Form 425 is a mandated form under Rule 425 and Rule 165 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933.
