SEC FORM ADV-H
SEC Form ADV-H is a filing under the Securities and Exchange Commission whose purpose is for the application of a temporary or continuing hardship exemption that was previously granted by the SEC. The data gathered under the SEC Form ADV-H include the identifying details of the adviser and the main reason for the hardship continuance request regardless of the type of application, may it be temporary or continuing.
