SEC FORM D
SEC Form D is also referred to as the notice of Sales of Securities. this means that SEC Form D is a filing mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to be submitted by companies who are selling securities that is under a Regulation D exemption otherwise known as Section 4(6) exemptions provisions. SEC Form D is a short notice of executive officers and stock promoters of a company as a substitute for regular reports that is mandated when there is no exemption under Regulation D existing.
