SEC FORM F-6EF
SEC Form F-6EF is also referred to as the Registration for depository Shares form. This means that SEC Form F-6EF is a filing that is required for private foreign companies whose desire is to acquire shares of their company to be traded as American depository Receipts (ADRs) under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form F-6EF include the identification of the foreign issuer, the translation of information into english, and the contact information of the US-based depository that is issuing that ADRs.
