SEC FORM MSD
SEC Form MSD is a form accomplished by a bank or one of its specific division or department for the application for the registration as a municipal securities dealer (MSD) under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form MSD is used alternatively as an amendment to a currently filed SEC Form MSD.
