SEC FORM N-23C-3
SEC Form N-23c-3 is also referred to as the Notification of Repurchase Offer. This means that SEC Form N-23c-3 is a filing for the intent of repurchasing offers pursuant to Rule 23-c3 to be submitted by registered close-end investment companies or business development companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form N-23c-3 will provide the filer three options: the first one is for a periodic repurchase offer while the second one is for a discretionary repurchase offer and the third one is for both kinds of repurchase offer.
