SEC Form N-27D-1 is also referred to as the Accounting of Segregated Trust Account. This means that SEC Form N-27D-1 is a filing for the indication of a filer on his/her access to ample cash to meet t6he statutory refund obligations to be submitted by the depositor or principal underwriter of an issuer of periodic payment plan certificates under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form N-27D-1 includes the balance at the start of the period, the list of deposits and withdrawals made, the interest income earned, the realized gains and losses, the unrealized gains and losses, and finally the balance at the end of the period.
