SEC FORM NSAR-B
SEC Form NSAR-B is a filing submitted semi-annually by registered investment management companies at the end of the fiscal year in compliance with the NSAR filing requirement under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The NSAR is exclusive to registered investment management companies which mandates them to disclose financial information like shares sale, turnover rates of portfolio that is typically attached with the semi-annual/annual shareholder reports of the company.
