SEC FORM PRER14C
SEC Form PRER14C is also referred to as revised preliminary materials: information statements.’ This means that SEC Form PRER14C is a filing to be submitted by registrants who desire to revise their previously submitted preliminary information statement.SEC Form PRER14C may also be used by security holders who have the right to vote on the company’s issues for which no proxies, with information mandated by Schedule 14A, are solicited by the company. SEC Form PRER14C also present details regarding certain peoples’ interest in favor or against the matters to be acted upon and proposals made by the security holders. SEC Form PRER14C is needed so that it may be stated that proxies are not being solicited.
