SEC Form S-11 is also referred to as the Registration Statement under the Securities Exchange Act of 1933. This means that SEC Form S-11 is a filing whose purpose is for the registration of securities issued by REITs or real estate investment trusts or by those business that collects and or is holding real estate with the purpose of investment.
