SEC FORM S-4
SEC Form S-4 is also referred to as the Registration Statement under the Securities Exchange Act of 1933. This means that SEC Form S-4 is a filing by a publicly-traded company for the purpose of registration of material information in connection with a merger or an acquisition under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Moreover, SEC Form S-4 is also filed by companies who are in the process of exchange offer.
