SEC FORM S-6
SEC Form S-6 is also referred to as the Registration Statement under the Securities Exchange Act of 1933 for unit investment trusts registered on SEC Form N-8B-2. In other words, SEC Form S-6 is a filing used by unit investment trusts for the registration of securities they issue under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
