SEC FORM TA-1
SEC Form TA-1 is a filing used as an application or an amendment of a registration as a transfer agent. SEC Form TA-1 may be filed in one of the four regulatory agencies depending upon the type of the organization who wishes to apply. The four regulatory agencies are the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Comptroller of the Currency.
