SEC Form U-13-1 is a filing whose purpose is both for the application and the request for approval for any mutual service company along with the declaration of a subsidiary company’s organization and business conduct under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form U-13-1 includes a company’s basic information like name, address, contact details, organization form, a list of non-utility related business activities, and the details of the company’s capitalization and security holdings.
