SEC FORM U-12-IA
SEC Form U-12-IA is a filing mandated by the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered in SEC Form U-12-IA contains the information the systems employed by the registered holding company, the applicant’s activities with regards to the company, the activities’ compensation that are directly or indirectly received by the applicant, the people involved in the compensation if it was divided, and incurred expenditures during the time of the activities. These information were used by the SEC to monitor holdings, operations, and financing of the registered public utility system.
