SEC Form U-3A-2 is a filing accomplished by any holding company who intends to achieve exemption from the Public Utilities Company Holding Act of 1935 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form U-3A-2 include the name, address, nature of business, organization form, and state of the organization along with basic detailings of the all the facilities and equipment and how the energy is distributed.
