SEC FORM U-R-1
SEC Form U-R-1 is a form whose purpose is purely informational on the subject of solicitors under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The collected data on SEC Form U-R-1 include both personal and business-related information about the solicitor which is used as a determinant on the compliance of the solicitor to the provisions of SEC Rule 62. SEC Form U-R-1 is mandated to be accomplished by every utility holding company solicitors that takes at least 5 hours to finish.
