SEC FORM X-15AJ-2
SEC Form X-15AJ-2 is also referred to as the ‘annual consolidated supplement’. This means that SEC Form X-15AJ-2 is a filing accomplished annually by national securities associations and their affiliated securities associations under the Securities and Exchange Commission.Three additional exhibits must be attached to SEC Form X-15AJ-2 for SEC review.
