SECONDARY BUSINESS
Secondary Business is a part or component of a corporation which is not involved in the core function of the corporation itself. Secondary Business acts as a supplement instead and contributes to the overall well-being of the company. It is also allowed to hold assets as any other business unit does and is most likely to come up in times of reorganization and distribution of multi-business corporations.
