SECONDARY LIABILITY
Secondary Liability is a kind of legal obligation. Secondary Liability is where one entity or party takes over legal responsibility over the actions of another entity or party. The two types of secondary liability are vicarious liability (under common law) and contributory liability. (under tort theory).
