Securities Act Of 1933 is a federal act of legislation that was founded following the market crash of 1929. the objectives of Securities Act Of 1933 is to guarantee more transparency in financial statements for the investors to be able to utilize the information made available for them to make strategic decision and to establish laws versus fraudulent activities and misrepresentation among the securities market.
