SECURITIZE
Securitize is a marketed mix of financial assets pooled together, creating a whole new security. The basis of the value and cash flow of the securitized assets is the the underlying value and cash flows that were in the securitization. The purpose of creating a whole new security is to create liquid assets from securitized illiquid assets that have a higher overall liquidity for the immediate generation of asset profit.
