SELECT MORTALITY TABLE
Select Mortality Table is a type of mortality table where life contingency statistics in a given time period is outlined. A Select Mortality Table incorporates mortality data of new clients of life insurance. It is a general assumption that new clients of life insurances have lower mortality rate compared to their already insured counterparts due to medical exams required for the granting of life insurance.
