SELF-AMORTIZING LOAN
Self-Amortizing Loan is a kind of loan. A self-amortizing Loan is composed of periodic payments that has that includes both the principal and the interest. Self-Amortizing Loan is designed in a way that the loan will be paid off at the end of a scheduled term due to the fact that it is a fixed-rate loan where the value of the separate payments along with the breakdown of principal and interest is known in advance. In the case that the loan is an adjustable-rate mortgage, it may still be categorized as self-amortizing except for the fact that the breakdown of principal and interest cannot be determined in advance.
