SELF-DEALING
Self-Dealing is a situation where a fiduciary puts first his interest before the client’s. This is an unethical act because in fact a fiduciary is legally obligated to put the best interest of the client in ahead of his or her own. The breach of this legal action is considered a criminal and the victim may sue the fiduciary for monetary compensation.
