SENIOR STRETCH LOAN
Senior Stretch Loan is a particular kind of loan to a business entity. Senior Stretch Loans have the features of both asset-based loans and cash-flow loans and is cheaper than straight cash-flow loans. The reason for it being cheaper is because the borrowing company is in possession of a healthy balance sheet and is satisfying the obligations through sufficient generation of cash flows.
