SEQUENTIAL PAY CMO
Sequential Pay CMO is a kind of collateralized mortgage obligation. In Sequential Pay CMO, there are various trenches which each receives interest payments so long as the principal of the trench has not been paid off completely. The senior tranche has priority over all other tranche’s to be paid off. the next on the list is the next most senior tranche and so and so forth.
