SERIES 62
Series 62 is an examination under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become limited registered representatives of corporate equities and corporate debt equities. Series 62 was made to challenge the knowledge of test takers regarding corporate equity, security analysis, identification of its characteristics, industry regulations, management of customer accounts, and bond markets. The exam is composed of 115 questions to be accomplished within 150 minutes with a passing grade of 70%.
