SERIES 63
Series 63 is an examination under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to be entitled to solicit orders for all types of security in a given state. Series 63 must be accomplished along with Securities 7 or Series 6. Series 63 was made to challenge the knowledge of test takers regarding state securities acts, related rules and regulation, ethical practices, and fiduciary obligations. The exam is composed of 65 questions where 60 are scored with a passing grade of 70%.
