SETTLEMENT STATEMENT
Settlement Statement is also referred to as HUD-1. It is the summary statement used in a housing transaction under the jurisdiction of the US Department Housing and Urban Development. It contains of all the charges and fees that the seller and the home buyer goes through under the settlement process.
