SHARED EQUITY MORTGAGE
Shared Equity Mortgage is the joint ownership of a real estate. The owners are both lenders and property occupants. At the sale of the property both parties receive the proceeds or equity and share. Prior to the sale the property dwellers receive payments from property tax write-offs and interest.
